New Caracter outlining (Part 2) I understand that this work is anime influenced (外人(^^;;) but look at those eyes.
Their not even proportional.
But over all I'd just say meh.

i didn' want to make the eyes proportional and made it on perpuse that way and thought it was kind of cute. but yah most of my work is anime based but for the eyes i did my thing.
and meh isn't really helping if somthing is wrong explain what and how i can improve that next time okay ^_^
